With over 20 years of experience in senior and international HR roles across industries such as ITV and Merlin Entertainments, I’ve dedicated my career to helping teams and leaders thrive. I’m fascinated by how people think, feel, and work (some might call me a bit of a geek about it!). These insights allow me to improve working relationships, boost engagement, and drive performance.
My background includes driving large-scale HR transformation, talent management, and leadership development. As a licensed practitioner of the tools Core Strengths SDI 2.0, Thomas International, and Hogan Assessments, I use psychometric insights to uncover behaviours, motivations, and leadership potential—helping teams connect, collaborate, and succeed.
I founded Your People Development to empower organisations to unlock the potential of their people. By fostering better relationships, I support you to create workplaces where leaders inspire, teams thrive, and employees are genuinely happy.
Outside of work, I’m happiest by the sea in Poole, with family, friends, and my very energetic four-year-old daughter, who keeps me on my toes!
